ASTI's Services Group is headed by Dragon Group International Limited ('Dragon Group' or 'DGI'), and is mainly engaged in the distribution of products and services to the technology sector across Asia.
Founded in 1990, Dragon Group debuted on the Singapore Exchange-SESDAQ in September 1994 and was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange in September 1998, before it became a subsidiary of ASTI Holdings Limited in June 2006.
The Dragon Group consists of three principal businesses, namely Spire Technologies which distributes electronic components and test consumables; Dragon Equipment & Materials which supplies semiconductor equipment, materials and tooling; and Dragon Treasure Boat which excavates and reproduces the ZhengHe treasure boat, a joint venture with the Gulou District Government of Nanjing.
Headquartered in Singapore, Dragon Group has subsidiaries and representative offices across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
